Over 7+ years I've conducted 160+ customer interviews, built research repositories from scratch, introduced company-wide UX benchmarks, delivered experiments generating 12% conversion uplift, and shipped a GenAI conversational assistant all while leading cross-functional teams across B2B SaaS, fintech, and high-traffic consumer platforms.
